"I was having trouble with my furnace pilot going out and not staying lit for me. I Called Answer Heating and Cooling inc. and I spoke to Gus and explained what the problem I was having with my furnace. Gus was able to schedule a time to come out which luckily he was able to squeeze me in later that day! Which was great!!! He replaced my thermocouple and found my gas valve was no working properly and was able to get the part and replace it. Gus was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient!!! Will definitely call these guys again for repairs! Thanks Gus!"
